What
Is It?
The PGA Trade-In Network is sending new online customers,
who are ready to buy clubs, lessons, rounds of golf
and more, to their local PGA Professionals. This new
service allows consumers to trade-in their used clubs
online, in exchange for PGA Trade-In Network Credit
Certificates that are redeemable only at participating
PGA Trade-In Network facilities.

This initiative comes in response to recent consumer

How
Does it Work?
Customers arrive at your shop with Credit
Certificate in hand.
(learn
more about how consumers get the Credit Certificates they
bring to your shop)
Login to your PGA Trade-In Network Member Account and enter
the unique serial number to Validate and Redeem the Credit
Certificate. (If internet access is not available or inconvenient
you may Validate & Redeem by telephone).
Issue
your customer an in-store credit in the full amount of the
Credit Certificate.
As
soon as you click the "Redeem" button, your PGA
Trade-In Network Member Account is automatically credited
for the full amount of the PGA Trade-In Network Credit Certificate.
You will be reimbursed by check, according to the payment
timelines of the PGA Trade-In Network. (Generally within two
weeks.)
