A high profile PGA of America event that will drive customers into PGA Professional's shops via extensive national advertising and promotion including:

- Play Golf America PSAs aired during LPGA & PGA Tour events during the month of April.

- One full page ad in Golf Digest which will include an insert of the PGA “Free Fitting & Trade-Up Card”. Consumers will take that card to a participating PGA Professional to be completed after their fitting, and mailed-in to PGA of America (no postage required).

- Promotion throughout the month of April on PGA.com (www.pga.com) and the PGA.com Value Guide (www.pga.com/valueguide).

- Launched in conjunction with the USA Today Golf Equipment Hotline from 8am to 8pm EST on Jan 26, 2006 . Consumers will call into a call center located at the PGA Merchandise Show that is staffed by PGA Professionals to learn about the latest in golf equipment and club fitting technology

PGA Free Fitting & Trade-Up Month can also be a gateway for participants to become involved in other Play Golf America programs offered at the course.

• Fitting Session will be for no charge (Free)

• 15 minutes minimum

• It is your option to perform or not perform this fitting on available technology – technical “launch condition” fitting is not required

• Based upon the golfer’s preference, evaluate and recommend a fit. If the golfer wants an iron fitting, perform the fit in your customary way, and based upon swing characteristics, recommend iron fitting specifications. I.e. lie (standard, -1*, +1*, etc.), flex (stiff, regular, etc.), iron type (blade, game forgiving, super game forgiving), shaft composition (steel/graphite), and set make-up (blended set, hybrids substituting for long irons, no long irons, etc.)

• Evaluate current equipment (if available) for proper specifications

• Make final recommendations:

- Adjustment of current equipment (I.e. lie angle, shaft length…)

- Brand/Model/Specification of new equipment

• Fill out the customer’s Equipment Profile (customer should bring this in with them – otherwise, it can be downloaded at www.pgalinks.com)

• Attach any manufacturer-specific fitting sheets to the customer’s Equipment Profile (if used)

• Please mention to the golfer that a proper ball fitting is also recommended to ensure a complete fitting

• Please make this session as complete as possible, but don’t hesitate to introduce the option, and explain the benefits of, a more detailed, technical fitting of launch conditions (which would be for your customary fee)

• Sign and send-in the “Free Fitting & Trade-Up Card” (no postage necessary) for every customer who receives a free fitting (the customer may also mail this in themselves)
